The purpose of this study was to examine the effects employee loyalty on performance as well influence transformational leadership style and performance. At PT Smart Talenta Multitama is a partner organization that provides training, organizational development, legal advice, human resource management services, total 45 employees participated in quantitative study, all served respondents, used multiple regression data analysis. According coefficient value 0.234 obtained from results, states had positive significant impact Employee also demonstrated with 0.699, these results indicate both have an employees'
